Cannabis Paranoia Trigger: Listening to the Music of the Deceased

This was rough. I was absolutely horrified while writing this.  Sitting in Tim Horton’s, suddenly assaulted by the ghosts in the music, coming from the speakers that we never quite “see.” I grab at random for any scrap of paper out of my folder. Razor pointed Fates continue to have their way with me; I’ve retrieved-via ghostly relay-a specialized ledger, custom tailored to document medical cannabis use. I wonder, what is my disease, and I begin to write:
